This website is operated by WorkLife Canada Immigration Services ("we", "us", "our"), an immigration consulting practice led by a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) based in Toronto/Scarborough, Ontario. By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Informational nature of this website

The content on this website — including service descriptions, articles, FAQs, and assessment tools — is provided for general information only. It describes Canadian immigration programs and processes in general terms and does not constitute legal advice, immigration advice for any specific case, or an offer that a particular pathway is available to you. Immigration programs, eligibility criteria, financial requirements, and procedures change frequently; the content here may not reflect the most recent changes. Official information published by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) and other Canadian authorities always governs.

All decisions on visas, permits, and applications are made solely by the visa officer, IRCC, the Immigration and Refugee Board (IRB), or the relevant authority — not by us. We do not guarantee the approval of any application, and no content on this site should be read as promising a particular outcome or timeline.

2. No representative–client relationship

Please note: Submitting a form or inquiry does not create a representative–client relationship. A relationship is established only through a signed service agreement.

Until a signed service agreement is in place and any agreed retainer is received, we owe you no professional duties in respect of your matter, and you should not rely on anything on this website — or on informal correspondence — as advice on your specific case. If you have a deadline (for example, a response deadline from IRCC or a limitation period), do not wait: seek professional advice promptly, whether from us or another authorized representative.

We are not a law firm and do not provide legal services. Where a matter requires court proceedings, such as judicial review at the Federal Court, that work is coordinated with independent legal counsel.

3. Acceptable use

When using this website, you agree that you will not:

  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through our forms;
  • Impersonate another person or submit personal information about someone else without their authority;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its servers, or the data of other users;
  • Introduce viruses or other harmful code, or interfere with the operation of the site;
  • Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract content or data from the site; or
  • Use the site for any unlawful purpose.

We may suspend or restrict access to the site, and decline to respond to inquiries, where these terms are breached.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, articles, graphics, logos, page design, and the WorkLife Canada name and branding — is owned by or licensed to WorkLife Canada Immigration Services and is protected by Canadian and international copyright and trademark law. You may view, download, and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission, except as permitted by law (for example, fair dealing).

5. Third-party links

This website links to third-party websites — including IRCC and other government sites, booking tools, and payment pages — for your convenience. These sites are not under our control, and we are not responsible for their content, accuracy, availability, or privacy practices. A link does not imply our endorsement. When you leave this site, the terms and privacy policies of the destination site apply.

6. Limitation of liability

This website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WorkLife Canada Immigration Services and its principal, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any loss or damage — including indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, loss of opportunity, or a refused or delayed application — arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website or its content. Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, and nothing in it affects the professional obligations we owe to clients under a signed service agreement, which are governed by that agreement.

7. Governing law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario. You agree that the courts of Ontario have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from your use of this website, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your place of residence.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Contact
